Visitor Guidelines

"SAMPO Julife Wellness Residence" is committed to providing high-quality senior living services. In accordance with our service philosophy, visits are only accepted by appointment for those who meet the eligibility criteria. We appreciate your understanding that we may not be able to accept appointments which do not meet these criteria. This policy is in place to ensure the rights of seniors and fulfill service responsibilities.

• Aged 60 and above, or 55 and above for Indigenous individuals.
• Able to live independently in daily life, and free from legally defined communicable diseases, schizophrenia, dementia, or related conditions.
• No criminal record, non-smoker (including those who have quit smoking), and free from harmful habits.

Important Information

To ensure a smooth and pleasant visit experience, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically cancelled, and we kindly ask that you book another available time slot. Thank you for your cooperation.

From April 1 to May 31, the model residences will be temporarily closed for enhancement works. Private viewings will be unavailable during this period.
We warmly invite you to contact us by phone to arrange a private consultation at our marketing center. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you soon.

1. If you suspect you have a respiratory infectious disease (such as influenza or COVID-19) or experience fever or respiratory symptoms (such as runny nose, cough, or sneezing), please wear a mask or call to cancel or change your visit date.
2. To respect personal privacy, taking photos or videos is prohibited throughout the guided tour.
3. As the building is still under construction, for the safety of all visitors, please wear the construction safety helmet provided by SAMPO Julife (it has been disinfected and comes with a disposable cap). Please feel free to use and wear it.
4. Visitors are required to be accompanied by staff during the visit and should not leave the group on their own. Any accidents or related legal liabilities (including civil and criminal) arising from leaving the group will be borne by the visitor.
5. In the event of force majeure, our company reserves the right to adjust the touring method. Guided tours of the model unit will be suspended, and videos will be shown at the marketing center instead. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
